Our vision is to create a world where Black women flourish, innovate, and excel in STEM, setting new standards of excellence while breaking down barriers. We aspire to build a thriving community that empowers young women to explore the multitude of careers within STEM and equips them with the guidance they need to navigate their degrees, apprenticeships and careers. Together, we envision a future where every Black woman in STEM is supported, celebrated, and included.

Our mission is to connect, empower, and uplift Black women in STEM by fostering a supportive community that celebrates excellence, shares knowledge, and provides the resources and guidance needed to thrive. We are committed to educating and equipping our members with the tools to excel in their careers, while honouring the achievements of Black women who are shaping the future of STEM.
